The owners and staff take the time to assess, evaluate and explain the work and are considerate of "what is absolutely necessary" and "what can wait". I've been there several times thinking I had a huge mechanical issues and walked away paying nothing to very little after they took the cars on the road and checked the engine on the lift... "just a few wires and a fuse...you're all set". Im glad I finally found a straight and narrow auto shop on the Shoreline!
