Meriano's Bake Shoppe — Establishment, food and bakery at 1200 Boston Post Road # 4, Guilford, Connecticut.

I run a CT business and order food from a variety of places for presentations. I generally have mixed to moderate expectations given the difficulty of consistent food, presentation, quality, etc. performance. I have visited many famous bakeries in NYC. It's very difficult to match a place like Modern in Hartford, Mike's Cannolis in Boston's North End, or Black Hound, Martine's, or Silver Moon in NYC. Meriano's is an Italian (family-owned) bake shoppe. It's cannolis, muffins, tarts, various cookies, pies, cakes, etc. Meriano's isn't at the level of world-class, but for Guilford and the local region it's a gem. What is clear is that they take great pride in their work. We recently ordered $100+ worth on a short-notice and were very pleased. Our client loved the pastries. Keep it up! We will be back. Recommended.
